Global Provisions

The following provisions apply to all PUNYCODEX services unless explicitly overridden by a product-specific agreement:

Governing Law: All disputes are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Arbitration: Unresolved disputes are submitted to binding arbitration under ACICA rules.
Intellectual Property: PUNYCODEX retains all rights to its branding, domain names, code, and designs.
Modification: Material changes to any agreement are notified via email with at least 30 days notice.
